Business Analysis Essentials is a 3-day course ideally suited for corporate employees of all aspects, involving in the delivery of changes. May the change comes in the form of a project, a programme or regular day-to-day operations. Participants will learn from a standard business analysis process model, combined with industry’s best practices from organizations like IIBA®, PMI® and Scrum.org. Designated tools and techniques will be applied in project initiation, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, making business case, delivering solution, and validating outcomes.
This course aims at participants who may be interested in preparation for CCBA certification. For participants preparing for CBAP or PMI-PBA, please refer to the course “CBAP & PBA Exam Prep”

The International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) created the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) designation since 2005 and is broadly accepted by worldwide corporations. This credential requires candidates to perform an exam consists of 120 multiple-choice type questions in three and a half hour, based on the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK®).
Whilst preparing our participants for the CBAP Exam, our course is designed to deliver a complete set of principles and practices, with accredited tools and techniques, equips one as a professional in business analysis. The course starts from definition of business needs, elicit and define requirement, to delivery of designated changes that maximize the solution’s value. While the course is designed for CBAP exam, participants might take the Professional in Business Analysis certification from Project Management Institute (PMI).
The course’s lectures, case studies, exercises are formulated in line with the Hong Kong business environment.

This 1-day module aims at sharing the best practices and techniques in making business proposals, in the form of a written document, a Business Case.
