The COBIT 5 framework for the governance and management of enterprise IT is a leading-edge business optimization and growth roadmap that leverages proven practices, global thought leadership and ground-breaking tools to inspire IT innovation and fuel business success.
COBIT 5 Foundation course covers the framework’s basic principles, governance goal setting processes and related tool kits. Upon completion, participants are able to identify deficiencies in their IT environment, define goals and objectives and set KPIs to track individual performances. Participants will take the Foundation examination. Successful participants will be awarded a COBIT 5 Foundation certificate.

COBIT 5 Implementation & Assessment

3 days, 10:00am - 5:00pm
2.5 hours each exam sessions

COBIT 5 Implementation & Assessment covers the two major perspectives in IT governance. Implementation defines the process and tools to ensure problematic areas are identified and prioritized. Solutions are properly planned, implemented and monitored for effectiveness.
Assessment focuses on evaluating the IT organization on their compliance to defined performance goals. Assessment could be performed in three different tiers: self-assessment, independent assessment and external assessment. Upon course completion, participants can select to go for either Implementation or Assessor examination or both of them.
