Overview
PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a process-based approach for project management. PRINCE2 provides an easily tailored and scalable method to manage all types of projects. It is the de-facto standard for project management in the UK and is adopted in worldwide organizations including multinational corporations, the Hong Kong Government as well as SMEs in Hong Kong. Participants will learn the basic principles of PRINCE2 as well as governance themes that project managers plan, monitor and control for successful project delivery.
PRINCE2 Foundation,6th Edition is ideally suited for anyone looking to better manage their project works and managing the project stakeholders. The course covers PRINCE2’s guiding principles, and setting of the project organization and governance structure. The seven PRINCE2 processes, its interaction with various stakeholders will be briefly discussed. The key PRINCE2 deliverables includes the business case, project brief, project product description, project initiation documentation, etc.
